OnePass Pet is an informational directory of pet-related businesses in Dubai. Listings are provided for general information and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any business.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One account per person.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (pet profiles, reviews, claims, feedback). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.

5. Business Listings & Claims

Business owners may submit claims to manage their listing. We may request verification, and we reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove listings or claims at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading the Service without permission.
• Spamming, impersonation, or fraudulent submissions.
• Interfering with the Service's operation or security.
• Using the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Third-Party Information

Business hours, contact details, and other listing information may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify directly with the business before relying on it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by OnePass Pet and protected by applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePass Pet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OnePass Pet harmless from any claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
